Much of the Society's spending on maintenance is through Planned Programmes of works. These programmes are most cost effective. Examples of programmed work include: re-wiring; replacing windows; re-pointing; and so on.
Sometimes, repairs in the day-to-day categories will be delayed until programmed works are carried out. You will be informed when reporting repairs, if this is the case. You will also be informed of the details of any Planned Maintenance works to be carried out on your property.
