Your rent is normally payable weekly in advance. The Society prefers payment to be made by Direct Debit or Standing Order through your bank or building society, but other methods are available such as Post Office swipe card and bank paying-in book. Your Housing Officer will discuss other payment methods with you on request.

Rent payments can be made in cash, either at a Society office or direct to your Housing Officer during a home visit. Please ensure that you obtain an official Society receipt when making cash payments to members of Society staff.

Unable to pay your rent?

If you find you are unable to make your weekly rent payment, for whatever reason, you must contact the Society immediately.
