Making Payments

There are a number of methods available for paying your rent. For example, it is usually possible to make payments from your bank account by Direct Debit or Standing order. The Society is also planning to introduce a debit card payment system, available in the near future. Please ask a member of staff for more details about paying your rent.

Postal service

Some forms (such as housing applications and housing benefit forms ) can be completed by post. We are happy to accept your written requests and/or instructions if you find this type of contact easier than visiting our office.

Internet

We are currently reviewing the benefits of providing an interactive service for our customers who have access to the internet. Further details will be announced when available.

Reception

Our reception area is staffed during office hours and a member of staff will always be available to assist visitors to our offices.
