Our Head Office provides:

  • A staffed reception area with a clearly indicated induction loop
  • An interview cubicle with a clearly indicated induction loop
  • A boardroom with a clearly indicated induction loop
  • The services of a qualified sign-language interpreter for more personal discussions (Arranged by prior appointment)
  • Staff who will always help by writing things down for our customers who are deaf or hard of hearing. We are equally happy to receive your written requests and/or instructions
  • Staff will always visit you at your home if you feel more comfortable with this type of contact
