Warden and Emergency Call Centre Service

  • We will collect the necessary details as you move in, and inform the Emergency Control Centre that monitors the alarm system.
  • If you have a Resident Warden, you will be visited within 2 working days of moving in. If you have a Visiting Warden Service, you will be visited within the first week.
  • The Warden Call system will be tested once every 6 months by Society staff.
