The standards for handling tenants' views:

• A Satisfaction Survey is carried out on all new tenants, on their views about the way they have been dealt with.
• We carry out a range of other surveys including employing independent market researchers to survey all tenants, every 3-4 years.
• We will consult you and your neighbours on proposals concerning any important changes to where you live, and will notify you of the results of any consultation exercise.
• We will provide advice and assistance if you and your neighbours wish to form into a tenants' group for consultation purposes.
• You can become a member of the Society's Tenants' Consultative Committee (TenCC) acting as a policy advice forum, where various levels of involvement are available. We have a separate Tenant  Involvement strategy statement that gives more details.
• As part of TenCC, you could be considered for one of several reserved, co-opted places on the Board of Management, or other committees.
