The standards for complaints from tenants is:
- If you are not satisfied with the way you have been dealt with, we will always try to resolve this as quickly as possible.
- If you raise this with a member of staff involved, they will do their best to answer your complaint satisfactorily.
- If you are still not happy, we have a detailed Complaints Procedure that includes independent monitoring and full investigation - please ask for the separate leaflet that gives full details.
- Compensation may be payable where we have been negligent, or have in our duty of care.
