Site Services

  • Schemes with communal site services - grounds maintenance, internal/external cleaning, window cleaning, etc. - have regular (usually monthly) visits from a dedicated member of staff - the Site Services Supervisor.
  • All contractors on these services have to work to detailed specifications.
  • On many schemes, special notification of when the work was done is arranged with a resident on site.
  • Residents' views can influence which contractors are employed, either through meetings, or other consultation methods.
