The standards for Repairs Service are:
- Telephone hotline number for all repairs: 0845 6001327
- Routine minor repairs that are the Society's responsibility will be carried out within 28 days.
- Repairs classed as urgent priority will be carried out within 28 days.
- Repairs classed as urgent priority will be carried out within 7 days.
- Emergency repairs will be attended to within 24 hours.
- Emergency repairs that occur outside normal office hours will be made safe, where necessary, as soon as possible. (Non-emergency call-outs will result in a re-charge to the tenant)
- When programmed works are due, such as repainting, you will be notified well in advance, usually at least 2 weeks beforehand, by letter.
- A sample of tenants who have had repairs carried out will be asked for their views, either by questionnaire, or through telephone surveys.
