The standards for office opening are as follows:

• The Society's office is open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, except around public holidays.
• Two weeks before a public holiday, or any other time the office is to be closed, special notices are displayed.
• Telephone calls will be responded to within an average of 4 rings at the front desk.
• Calls routed to each office will either be assessed directly, or if the member of staff is unavailable, an answerphone message can be left and you will be rung back within 48 hours.
