New Linx Housing Trust utilises a Performance Management Framework (PMF) designed to measure and improve the performance of services against both national and local indicators. This framework requires services to set targets against indicators and report performance to the Board. These in turn are communicated to our tenants via the Annual Report Calendar and on this website.
- National Indicators are prescribed by the Housing Corporation
- Local Indicators are established at New Linx's discretion in consultation with tenants, allowing us to monitor service delivery against key local issues.
In a recent Housing Corporation Assessment of Eastern Shires Housing Group, of which New Linx is a subsidiary, was given the highest accolade - 4 green 'traffic lights' - meaning that Regulatory Code is being met and there are no concerns whatsoever about performance. The full report can be viewed on here: Housing Corporation Assessment August 2007
How the rating system works
To enable an easy comparison of performance, a series of 'traffic lights' appear in the performance tables - these are either red, amber or green.
 |
RED traffic light indicates that a target was not achieved. |
 |
AMBER traffic light indicates that performance came within 5% of the target |
 |
GREEN traffic light shows that the target was achieved. |
 |
GREEN with GOLD STAR shows that performance was more than 5% over target |
