How to Pay

Non-Student

Your rent is due on Monday of each week, in advance.  If you want to pay at different intervals i.e. monthly contact your Tenancy Manager for advice. You can pay your rent:

• At the LNHA Office by cash, cheque or postal order
• By standing order (Please ask at reception for a form or telephone 0116 2517676 with your request)
• By post, you can send a cheque to: LNHA, 33 Millstone Lane, Leicester, LE1 5JN. (Please write the address your payment if for on the back of the cheque).

Student

Your rent is charged to your account on Monday of each week, in advance. When you signed your contract you were given 3 options:

• Lump sum for the whole period at the start of your tenancy, this attracts a discount of 2.5%
• Termly, 3 post dated cheques to coincide with your loan payments
• Monthly standing order, your first month’s payment must be paid by cash or cheque before you get your keys
