Many students wish to be assured that they have good quality accommodation ready for when they arrive in Leicester and so we offer a retainer discount scheme which allows accommodation to be reserved at big discounts off of the normal charge in advance of actually moving in.

This facility is available during the summer months only, roughly June to September.

Taking up a retainer tenancy early in the summer is the only way of being sure you will secure your preferred accommodation for when you want it.

In Leicester, all good quality, well-located accommodation will normally be fully taken up by the end of July each year.

The terms of the Retainer Scheme are:

• Retainer discounts are only available on specified properties during specified periods. Ask for more details.
• Retainer rent will be paid in advance.
• Tenants may leave property in their retained accommodation at their own risk.
• Tenants will not be permanently issued with keys for retained accommodation but may have access to it for visiting purposes.
• Full rent is payable as soon as occupation commences.
