Welcome to the Eastern Shires Housing Group website.
Eastern Shires Housing Association is a non asset holding parent company to a number of Housing Associations (Registered Social Landlords) working across the East Midlands. The group owns and manages around 10,500 homes. We are building a further 500 new homes per year in partnership with the Housing Corporation. We work very closely with a number of local authorities in identifying housing needs and delivering solutions. The new homes are predominantly for affordable rent and low cost home ownership. We also build a limited number of homes for outright sale as part of our larger schemes.
This site provides a range of information about the Registered Social Landlords that make up the Group. We also act as Homebuy Agent for Lincolnshire and Rutland. With regards to this activity, our job is to provide a "one-stop property service" to let people know about low cost home ownership schemes in this area. We have a website dedicated to this part of our activity at www.home2you.co.uk.
