When you received last year’s report, LNHA had recently become a full member of Eastern Shires Housing Group. The Group has continued to grow and in March this year New Wolds Housing Trust merged with Linx Homes to form New Linx Housing Trust covering Lincolnshire. This has had no direct impact on LNHA tenants but has seen the number of homes owned by the Group almost double to 10,000.

The enlarged Group was also very successful in its bid to the Housing Corporation for funding to develop new and remodel existing properties. Funding for the development of a total of 825 properties was granted. During the year, members of the Board attended 2 away days, in December and April, giving them an opportunity to meet with Board Members from other parts of the Group. October saw the appointment of the Sue Lees, Operations Manager, as part of the restructuring as a result of joining the Group. Brian Hepworth, Customer Services Manager, moved to a new role at ESHA, and December saw the retirement of Harry Perry, Chief Executive, after 18 years dedicated service.

The overall performance for the year has been very good and of course we aim to continuously improve our service.
