ESHA is a growing organisation and plans to build 500 new homes every year. We are one of the top 50 developing Associations in the country and are a preferred partner with the Housing Corporation. This means we have access to public subsidy (Social Housing Grant) to help fund new schemes.

Our main area of operation is the East Midlands and we concentrate in Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. We are always looking for new ventures and partnerships.

From state-of-the-art Shared Ownership city-centre apartments to specialised rural housing initiatives, we work with partner organisations to deliver projects.
