Who: SENSE works with deaf-blind adults to attain a level of independent living. We provided 2 new build and 1 refurbished properties to meet these highly specialised needs.
When: Completion June 2006.

What: Provision and refurbishment of 2 residential schemes for Leonard Cheshire Homes.
Where: Nottingham and Alfreton.
Who: Leonard Cheshire Homes want to provide selfcontained accommodation for their residents.
When: Completion is scheduled for 2009.

Mablethorpe & Spilsby

What: Bungalows and flats for Linkage Trust
Where: In the resort of Mablethorpe and market town of Spilsby.
Who: Linkage work with adults with learning difficulties. We provide managed properties to enable their clients to learn the skills needed for independent living.
When: Completed in April 2007.
