Louth

What: Demolition and redevelopment of an estate of wartime “prefabs”. This involved moving residents while the site was demolished, cleared and rebuilt. Park Avenue, Louth now comprises 52 bungalows with solar heating panels and 10 houses.
Who: The redevelopment was funded by ourselves, with grant funding from East Lindsey District Council and the Housing Corporation.
When: Completed March 2007.

Elizabeth Court Extra-Care Scheme

What: Demolition of sheltered flats and development of 40 Extra-Care units with restaurant, beauty salon, etc. in the centre of Louth, finished to a superb standard.
Who: Development assisted by grant funding through Lincolnshire County Council.
When: Completed July 2006.
